Domain ownership issues

Hi all!

I bought a domain through Replit and am trying to get all my DNS in line. However, because Replit purchases them via name.com and I don’t have access to the account details, I can’t move my webapp to the new hosting service I’m using. I’ve tried manually changing the DNS but nothing works. My only option is to login and verify through name.com which I can’t do without the credentials. Anyone have experience with this and know what to do?

Hi @RocketMan I’ve been on Replit since early Jan. The weird thing is I moved my webapp off Replit to Lovable and when I did I went through all the DNS changes and had access to name.com then and did so without issue. I contacted name.com and they basically said they can’t do anything because Replit is listed as the domain manager. @FranciscoCM Any ideas?

hi , I had the same issue for a month. now solved. The best option is to reach support via X.com. When you reach them and get a ticket, they work well..
