Domain credentials

Does anyone know how to get a response from Replit support? I have been trying to get the credentials for my Domain for 4 weeks on all channels. Thank you for any feedback.

However, I’m not sure I understand what you mean by “credentials for your domain.” They might not be able to comprehend your intentions.

Could you please clarify your goal, the issues you’re facing, and what success looks like?

Good to hear you had some response on X. I bought the domain via Replit, and they have the logins. I have no access to the domain for changes. Now I want to take ownership of the domain so I can expand my project. No response or questions in 4 weeks after asking daily is not support.

am also have issue like this i bought domain from replit an they never send me any email to verify my domain i keep messaging them still nobody is getting back still domain isnt working also

Very helpful context! Tell Replit support you want to transfer your domain to another registrar.

That is likely to help them understand exactly what you need. I do suggest using X to reach them at @ReplitSupport.

As an FYI, ICANN rules require a 60-day waiting period after purchase before domains can be transferred to external registrars. Replit is powerless to challenge this, but there is a path.
