URGENT Database frozen - no answer from support - #398496

My database got frozen because credits have been consumed and after adding more credits the agent came back online, but the database remained frozen without any possibility to put it back online by myself.

I have reached out to support for over 2 days now and all I get is some automated messages, but nobody is reaching out to solve the issue. We have an open ticket #398496 and everytime we reach out about the issue we get a reply that we are going to be contacted and this new request has been merged with the initial one.

We are blocked from publishing the app we are building, thus this is a major problem and have no idea if there is a workaround to solve it. as it seems support is not supporting and this is a major red flag.

Did anyone else encounter this issue? How did you solve it?

I am exactly facing same issue and been blocked from the app - agents aren’t working and my DB was paused and production app was down .. terrible experience .. after 2 days aupport helped me unpaused the DB so app is online .. but still agents are locked and can’t do any dev work

I’ve been dealing with a similar issue and reported it to Replit last week. On Monday, I received a couple of responses. However, I have sent several follow-up emails since then and have not heard anything back.
