Database frozen

My data base is frozen for no reason and Agent cannot fix it:

Production database for repl 07f82de1-1f79-4ef4-8418-34f9a349ca4e is frozen. Publishing fails with: ‘Failed to check for database diff: The endpoint has been disabled. Enable it using the API and retry.’ Please unfreeze the production database endpoint.

This has completely torpedoed my marketing efforts within the buildathon.

I’m getting the same error. Were you able to get the help from support to fix it? If not, how did you fix it?

I have the same error…nobody from support is every getting back to this issue.
the problem in may case is that the agent finished all the credits and after I purchased some more, the agent came back, but the production database remained frozen. Now they don’t reply at all.

any ideas on workarounds? we are actually losing all the work done, because we cannot publish it
