I’m posting here as I’ve been unable to get a resolution through support for over 15+ hours.
My Replit account has been unexpectedly frozen, and as a result:

This is not a test project — it is a live vehicle valuation, vehicle check service, and marketplace.
Key concerns:

I have ~$450+ in credits that I cannot access

I have received no clear timeframe for resolution

My business is currently impacted in real-time
I urgently need:

Immediate unfreeze of my account OR temporary restoration of my deployments

A clear explanation of what is causing this issue

This situation is causing direct financial loss and reputational damage.
Can someone from the Replit team please escalate this as a priority incident?
