Your database has been frozen. Address outstanding invoices to unfreeze it

Hi,

I’m posting here as I’ve been unable to get a resolution through support for over 15+ hours.

My Replit account has been unexpectedly frozen, and as a result:

  • My live production platform is down

  • Customers cannot access my website or their vehicle listings

  • I am actively losing revenue and receiving customer complaints

This is not a test project — it is a live vehicle valuation, vehicle check service, and marketplace.

Key concerns:

  • I am paying for this service monthly

  • I have ~$450+ in credits that I cannot access

  • I have received no clear timeframe for resolution

  • My business is currently impacted in real-time

I urgently need:

  1. Immediate unfreeze of my account OR temporary restoration of my deployments

  2. A clear explanation of what is causing this issue

  3. Assurance that my services and data are safe

This situation is causing direct financial loss and reputational damage.

Can someone from the Replit team please escalate this as a priority incident?

Did they get you sorted out? Either way, consider hosting outside of Replit. I have projects created by Replit in AWS and railway. Works like a dream.
