Agent is locked and not performing activity

Guys, I need help. My Agent is frozen and won’t execute any operations. It starts processing and then freezes on the message “Agent encountered an error while running, we are investigating the issue.” I contacted support, they instructed me to clear browser data, test in an incognito tab, and run the “kill 1” command, but nothing has worked so far. I’m very worried. Support said they would forward it to a senior team, but they haven’t responded yet. Our project is stalled and we can’t do anything about it.
