In Agent conversations, I’ve come across some issues. The agent speaks of Proposed tasks, and Draft tasks w/ Task numbers. Also Tasks fall through the cracks and can’t be found anywhere.
The Task Board has some columns and some missing columns. From what I can tell, there should be columns for: PROPOSED, DRAFT, IN_PROGRESS, PENDING, BLOCKED, AWAITING_INPUT, DONE, CANCELLED, ARCHIVED.
All tasks in all columns must contain task #s. Agents see task #s rather than descriptions.
- LAYOUT: Check n8n’s horizontally sliding layout. Or even a standard Horizontally sliding Accordion layout. It would be a HUGE help in keeping things in context, in a limited horizontal space. (re: accordion layout, don’t auto-close other panels.)
- PROPOSED: If I don’t accept a proposed task when it is presented, it’s gone forever. There is no way for me get it back. The task board needs to display Proposed Tasks w/ Task #s.
- DRAFTS: The task board needs to display the Draft Task #s.
- ARCHIVED: The task board needs to display the Archived Task #s.
- CANCELLED: There must be a way to Restore cancelled tasks.
- SEARCH: Must include searching ALL columns and Task #s. Often, the Agent refers to tasks by #. But you cant search the task board by Task #.
