When Agent 3 drafted a plan, it was presented with a clear call to action to review and/or act.
When Agent 4 drafts a plan, it tells me to approve it but does not show me where the plan is or how to approve it. There are no new tasks nor are there any visual indicators suggesting a plan exists.
