So once again my site is down my subscription fees have been double paid on some months and always paid every month yet they eliminate all my coding time when I haven’t coded this has happened month after . They turn my database off my site goes down and they hold it hostage with the ransom of another core payment only to have it happen again and again. I have a great site but this is so bad! And no results from customer service ever. I have receipts for everything I just said and screenshots to prove it.

Certainly what would you like a hundred or so screen shots of agent and I talking about this for month after month or screenshots of the bank statements or screenshots of anypart of what I stated just tell me what you would like to see
I’ve got these for every month and this is not for going over my monthly coding data , I also have tons of those these charges are specifically for the core subscription charge I know because I have to pay it everytime you take my site down like it is right now even though again I have paid. I deserve alot more than just a turn on. Wow wow wow I just tried to upload several images to prove everything I’m saying but the system is allowing me just one. So I’ll have to make it this last payment to where my site should be up not down . Happens every month several times a month
Well first of all, don’t talk to agent about this. It doesn’t know anything about your billing, and every time you talk to agent, it costs you money.
Also you said ‘you’ and I can assure you, I don’t have anything to do with your site being taken offline. I don’t work for Replit, I have no access to their internal systems.
Are all of the charges the same amount?
