Account disabled by admin...3 weeks and counting

Emailed support, havent received any help in 22 days. I went from free to core with a $20 deduction. After that I authorized another $20…but a few days later I get disabled due to failure with payment option. There was nothing preventing my second payment from going through just like my first one. I have several days invested in building this app that I cant even use what ive paid for ao far! What can I do to get some resolution? I really like what I created and need to he using it for my company ASAP! Thanks in advance for any help.

I am severely screwed by replit billing .. I was over monthly limits then every thing locked out by itself without any warning as soon as billing triggered for my account .. DB paused and my prod app was u reachable .. I added $ to my credit still no help - account was disabled and support took 2 days to unpause the DB so at least app is up but account is still locked and support doesn’t respond .. very frustrating and alarming .. I am not sure what to do support team is too slow ..
