Replit is using only bots for customer support, so when the issue (even if super simple) needs a human and the humans are not working, Replit does not help.
I am waiting almost 4 hours for a response from Replit.
Officially the worst customer support I’ve ever encountered from a tech company. It is impossible to use Replit for code if support is not available.
Even your categories are all focused on what we can do for you, rather than on helping your users.
Make your customer support better. I love Replit, but am forced to look at alternatives now as you refuse to help.
