I’ve been spending around $2,000 per month on Replit, and now that I need support for the first time, I’m being told to either start a new agent or just wait until the issue resolves itself. Is this really the kind of support offered for such a high level of spending? My agent and assistant are stuck on one of my projects, and we’ve already tried all the standard troubleshooting steps—starting a new one, clearing the cache, etc.—with no success.
What’s your issue? Maybe someone on the forum can help. I know a lot of people here are trying to be helpful and build community.
My assistant and agent stay loading for good, pauding opening new tab or clearing cache it is not working…
Hey bruno, sorry you had a bad experience with our support. Please send me an email @ kody.low@replit.com and I can help you out.
Kody fixed my issue over a video call — turns out the “Sam” from the email is actually an AI. They really should make that clear, because I was pretty frustrated thinking it was a real person just brushing off my app problem. If you run into a bug, definitely try asking here first before reaching out to support.
Sam does a pretty good job sometimes, though.
Sam’s not real??? JK this is the first I hear of a support agent named Sam. Good to know, thank you for alerting the group.
Had that long ago was due to the fact that my codebase or the file i was referring to were too big.
And I thought I was a “power user”
