Replit Customer Support

This is my first post in the Replit community. I wanted to find out what others had to say regarding Replit’s customer support. As a vibe coding newb with very little coding experience, I thought I would give Replit a go.

My Replit journey began Jan 25, 2026. I started with a simple e-commerce web app and without taking it further than first prompt and buildout response, I was pleasantly surprised by the speed to generate the site. I did not continue building out the back end DB, or checkout integration since what I looked at perked my interest enough to take a real world problem I was dealing with and I decided then and there I’d go head long into the creation process with Replit as my pilot. Everything was coming together at such a rapid clip, I couldn’t have been more pleased by the progress. Whenever I requested another feature, BAM!, there it appeared in the viewer almost instantaneously.

Now a couple weeks into it, and I’m looking at a pretty well developed app that is functioning as I envisioned, BUT then, yesterday’s session occurred. OMG, who kidnapped my Replit ai developer agent and what do you want for ransom, I’ll pay, I thought to myself!

The session was utterly disastrous to say the least. As far as I was concerned and based on the previous 3 weeks of stellar performances, yesterday was a colosal and epic fail in comparison to all other sessions, and the only thing I could think is the ai agent was hallucinating and I was experiencing an entirely different IDE company’s product.

I requested Customer Support review the logs and sessions to see for themselves how the ai agent was unable to solve the problem with “sign in” and “sign ups”. Repeatedly, the ai agent would state; “ oh I see the problem and then go through a number of steps to solve it, then, come back to me and tell me to do a hard reboot, and the system should be working fine.” Unfortunately, this went on for hours until I finally gave up and called it a night.

In addition, workarounds were offered that literally never would be a consideration to implement due to the horrific UX. No user would ever consider using my app based on the solution the Replit AI agent suggested as a legitimate fix.

Anyway, I have filled out a support ticket and received a response from Quin (most likely ai agent) and I decided to post my experience here since I saw some fairly critical comments posted by others dealing with slow to no customer support. I’m still in the queue for a response, and I will update you all to the results. Hopefully, Replit will take the constructive criticism of their base and improve how they deal with the customers attempting to build and bring products to market using Replit.
