I’ve been waiting now for nine days and counting. I’ve reached out three times due to a Replit bug that is not allowing me to roll back to a point; it’s just giving an error. I ended up rolling back quite a bit further and having to redo all my work because I was tired of waiting for ten days to hear back from support, even though I had an expedited ticket. I got everything fixed, but just wanted to see if I’m the only one that was struggling for that long, or if everyone’s been that backlogged, and if we know what the problem is or not. Certainly, for someone who spends over $3,000 a month vibe coding, it would be nice to get support that’s actually somewhat timely. I don’t know, maybe it’s asking too much….
Yes. I was very frustrated with this early on. Took like 2 weeks during the new years time to get support to respond.
Yep. Sadly, since I couldn’t work for 2 weeks (going on 3+ weeks now - still no response) I used that time to “consider other options”. As much as I love(d) Replit. I think I’ll be happier going forward.
Cost was really getting to me, so was sloppy code; lack of tech support and being out of work for two weeks was the last straw.
I have no ill feelings for Replit and I wish them complete success, I really do.
very troubling to hear this. Is this a newm phenomenon?
Cannot share this experience. When I open a ticket I get a response nearly immediately or in a couple of hours every time, not matter what the topic was.
I am afraid I share this experience, too. I tell people that Replit is a great platform, but they should start using it with the expectation that there is near zero support, sadly.
- First, you get the unhelpful but incredibly delaying triage bot “Quinn”.
- After that, long periods of silence.
- After that, the message that your ticket is closed because that has been no activity
- After you have to manually reopen your ticket once or twice before actual help arrives.
- System generated “apologies” that responses are slower than usual → they are not, this has been like this for years now.
Seems to me that this a cheap way to force users to help themselves rather then give task/queu load the the help team.
That being said, once you do get through to the helo team, the responses are good and professional. I just cannot afford to wait almost two weeks to have my problems solved, so I have had to move 3 apps from Replit elsewhere sofar.
Fingers crossed, as I prefer working on Replit.
