My account just vanished with two projects - google auth is used

So I’ve logged in again using Google auth and don’t see any billing or the two projects I worked with.

The subscription and two payments were cleared from the UI. I had to re-subscribe even though the time hasn’t come.

Has anyone else experienced this behavior?

Hope this startup has some kind of support :laughing:

It still works on mobile - some disaster with infrastructure?

  1. Did you check if you’ve used the same email ID to login via G-auth?
  2. Did you reach out to Replit support?

  1. Of course I did. I have now two parallel accounts. Old one running on mobile smoothly and new one under the same google account (newly charged) on desktop
  2. Yeah I did. No answer yet.
  3. The new charge just landed also for 62,03 USD - looks like at least their KPI in order :laughing:
