I have a slight issue, I love the Replit platform however, I cannot make a payment so I can keep using my account. Is this common issue? I haven’t been able to access my account in two days. If there’s a work around can someone help? Any suggestions would help. I have open a ticket, however communication is slow via email.

What do you mean you cannot make a payment?
Did Replit try to take a payment and it failed?
Which Plan are you on?

I’m attempting to make a payment and every time I make the payment it say card declined. They stating it’s due to to many attempts of me doing to many attempts when attempting to make the payment and now the system has me locked out. I really want this to be resolved.
Oh I see, so you’re actually completely locked out of your account?
That’s definitely a Replit customer services issue in that case.
I don’t know what country you are in, but in the UK, one of my bank cards always gets declined, because the Bank itself doesn’t offer 2FA. So I often also get declined online, simply because my bank is useless.
But if you tried numerous times, they’ve probably locked it to protect it. Annoying I know but you’ll have to keep trying with the Customer Support.

I’ve been waiting for a few days now with no reply to 2 separate emails to replit support. Thanks for letting me know : )
