Locked out of account publishing, downgraded out of pro and page taken down even though all my invoices are up to date and paid

after receiving an email that my usage billing limit would be raised because of my consistent payments over time, my account was downgraded to basic account, page taken down with no warning over a $19 overage fee that was accumulated over one day of building after paying a large bill immediately a few days ago. I paid the $19 invoice and still my page is not allowed to be published, my account is in free non subscriber mode so I can’t talk to chat support (absolutely moronic system replit what on earth where you thinking with that numbskull build within your system honestly- the dumbest thing I’ve seen in ages even the “agent” in my project agreed with me ironically lol), I am in the middle of a launch and meeting with clients and can’t even show them I have a working front end for my website - or have the agents I built communicate because my backend communication between all parties is stored and facilitated by replit. They have to get a better system for customer support because this is not it. Like a phone number and people to talk to in real life. try it. asap. or lose everyone.
