Urgent: "Unauthorized" error preventing payment for suspended account

Hello Replit Community,

I am facing a critical issue where I cannot access the billing page to settle an outstanding invoice. My account is currently suspended, and I urgently need to restore my services (Agent and active deployments).

The Issue: Every time I try to access the payment/billing page, I get a plain text error: {"error":"Unauthorized"}. I have already contacted support, but the initial response was a generic troubleshooting guide that doesn’t address the fact that the page itself is inaccessible.

Steps I’ve already taken:

  • Cleared cache and cookies.

  • Tried different browsers (Chrome, Safari, Edge).

  • Tried Incognito mode.

  • Tested on different devices and networks.

It seems like a catch-22: my account is suspended, and the suspension is preventing me from authorized access to the billing settings to pay the debt ($257.85).

I have attached a screenshot of the error. Any help from the Replit team to unblock the billing page would be greatly appreciated as my business operations are currently halted.

Try to post on X and mention @repplitsupport. I get the impression that the support team is wildly understaffed. That might flag it, given the importance of the issue.
