Publishing on my account was suddenly banned for no apparent reason a few days after I unsubscribed from Core. The error message was extremely unclear. I don’t have any published apps and my credits have not been used at all, so I don’t know what’s causing the issue. Support was not helpful after an extremely uncomfortable email exchange spanning at least three days. Help would be greatly appreciated.

Support told me that it was due to my account being on free tier. I told them I could publish at most one app on free tier. After that there was some confusion of the support tickets, and support didn’t respond for a day. Then they told me the exact same thing, just worded differently, to which I responded with a list of reasons against their claim. Then they examined my account, saw that I was on free tier, and said that an AI would be helping me from there on. At that point I saw no more use in the conversation and created the topic in the forum.
I honestly think that Replit should improve their customer services.
Well, many free users don’t get live support. Can’t blame them for that.
What type of app are you trying to publish? If it isn’t a super basic, static app, the free tier won’t do it and you need to upgrade.
I can’t publish any of my apps, with one of them being just an extremely basic website that I’ve managed to publish on free tier before. It’s definitely not related to any specific app.
