I’m hoping someone from Replit staff can help escalate this, as I’ve hit a wall with support.
I have an active Core subscription paid through Google Play. When I try to purchase a credit pack, every payment method gets declined — I’ve tried multiple credit cards and Google Pay. My bank has confirmed there are no issues on their end and has whitelisted Replit’s site.
Here’s what proves this is a Replit-side bug: the exact same Google Pay account that successfully charges me monthly for my Core subscription is being declined when I try to buy a credit pack. The payment method clearly works for Replit — just not for credit packs specifically.

Support (Ticket #394864 and #394878) responded suggesting I try a different card or check with my bank — but this doesn’t address the fact that Google Pay works for my subscription and fails only for credit packs. My site is currently affected and I need credits urgently.
Can a staff member please escalate this to the payments/engineering team? This appears to be a known issue based on other threads here. I’m happy to provide any account details needed to investigate.
