​I am a developer based in Tunisia, where international financial transactions are subject to complex regulations and technical hurdles. I have been consistently working to maintain a legal and reliable way to pay for my subscriptions, but I am currently facing a major system failure with my local payment processor (Flouci).
​I would like to specifically request the reactivation of my project “letsgotodjerba”. This site is currently my primary proof of professional activity for my application with Payoneer. Having this site online is essential for me to finally secure a more reliable and direct international payment method, which will prevent any future payment delays with Replit.
​In summary, I am facing two major issues:
​System Outage: My local provider is experiencing a total failure, blocking my current transfer route.
​Payment Complexity: Banking restrictions here make it difficult even to receive my own fees, which is why I am migrating to Payoneer.
