My program has gotten pretty complicated, and I enjoy using Replit for the most part. They all have issues, but one of the areas that’s gotten increasingly frustrating is that if I’m working on some task, usually I’m in the chat and discussing things, reviewing things, and I find something I want to get done. I say, “Go ahead and build it,” and it starts building it, and that’s great, and I’ll spend quite a bit of time making sure it’s correct.
If a task gets done, the task board loses track of it since it wasn’t done within the board. I’ll keep sending constant reminders about tasks that need to be done, and I know they got done. There’s no real synchronization between tasks you do as you speak with the chatbot, which is quite a bit, and the fact that the task board can no longer keep track of anything outside of the task board. No longer useful to know what I actually have in draft mode or ready mode. It’s just no longer something I can rely on, and I have to do the old-fashioned and track it myself. Very disappointed that this hasn’t been addressed.
