Replit Gift Card I tried to add didn't work

I purchased a Replit gift card and tried to add it through the ‘Redeem your gift card’ button insode the email they send when you buy the gift card and after clicking the button Replit loads the Setting page but the gift card is not showing up anywhere. I have contacted support 4 times about this since last week and they respond “they are looking into it” but they never respond again even after conatcting them multiple times. I think the support is AI and it doesnt knwo what to do so it just ignores the issue. Can a human please conatct me and help find my gift card? Thank you.
