I’ve been waiting an hour for the agent to even respond to my request! It just says working! No response And on top of that I was charged 100 euro for absolutely NOTHING!!! WHAT THE FCKK?? NO progress!!! What the hell is going on!? This absolutely unacceptable! I demand some kind of refund and an explanation to what the hell is going on!! Its straight up robbery at this point!! Somebody get back to me!!
They had a system issue earlier; reach out to support about it and reference the incident time.

And by reaching out to support and citing the incident time, and making the refund request. I’d recommend being polite, it goes a long way.

Im sorry man its just incredibly frustrating im on almost zero in my bank account trying to finish a website for a client and I need this to work, apologies for being up tight but im very stressed at the moment. Ido appreciate the help. I love replit but this has thrown me a curve ball i wasn’t expecting. Can you help me with s refund please?

Share any issues you have here. We can’t issue refunds as we’re all just vibers like you. But might be able to give some pointers.
BTW, sat here in a rainy UK and I’m quite tempted by one of those properties

@eric the 3d tours weren’t functioning properly along with other bugs, some pointers would be much appreciated on how to get a refund from them I’ve heard its impossible.

the 3d tours are usually handled with a series of images, do you get a feed from their real estate app or do are you getting some sort of custom feed from a different system? On my diamond system I get 360 views from a huge scanning company everyone uses that basically does an iframe 360 viewer that they stitch from 60-120 images, they give us a url that we can embed and it handles the gestures, not sure how the MLS systems do it. One of the main problems I encountered is api keys and sessions, thats handled differently by every system.
