Repl stuck in - The system is starting up…

Hi all,
For the past 24 hours one (and only one) of my apps is stuck never loading. Can’t access shell, workspace just says The system is starting up…. Eventually times out and asks to refresh or close. Tried multiple devices, browser. Anyone ever had this and found a way to resolve?
