Pro account workspace stuck on "Loading project..." for 9+ hours — support ticket unanswered

Replit Pro paying customer. My Repl “CONTROL TOWER” has been stuck on “Loading project…” for over 9 hours. Other Repls in my account load fine — this is specific to one workspace.

Things I’ve tried that did not resolve it:

  • Hard refresh (Cmd+Shift+R)
  • Logout and login
  • Fresh browser sessions
  • Different tabs
  • Direct URL access vs dashboard navigation

Things that work normally:

  • The published production site (deployment is unaffected)
  • Other Repls in my account
  • Supabase access
  • The Publishing tab of the affected Repl loads fine — only the canvas is unreachable

Ticket history:

  • Original ticket #371367 acknowledged by Replit Engineering (Mark) but no actual resolution
  • 3 follow-up emails to that thread, no response
  • Submitted a fresh ticket from inside my Pro account today, no response yet
  • Posted on Tw@Replittter @Replit

What I have observed:
The “Page Unresponsive” dialog has named a specific large file in the workspace whenever it appears. That file appears to be what is locking up the IDE renderer.

Why this is urgent:
I have an enterprise customer expecting an enhanced version of the application to be accessible tomorrow. Without dev access I cannot complete the work that needs to ship.

If anyone — Replit staff or other Pro users who’ve hit this — can escalate or point me to a faster channel for paid-tier support, I’d be grateful. Open to DMs.
