Account-specific workspace access failure for over 24h (confirmed by Replit support)

My Replit account (username: hodinhkhanhbk) has been unable to open any repl or create new repl for more than 24 hours.

Replit support has confirmed this issue is account-specific.

Facts:

  • Error: “Your app is having a bit of trouble”
  • Error: 81802d1f689344aa86f609b3b3e564ec
  • Happens across browsers, devices, and networks
  • VPN tested
  • JavaScript enabled
  • Cache cleared
  • Incognito tested
  • Community and editor UI fail to load
  • Create Repl fails

Important:
I created a brand new Replit account and it works normally on the same device and network.

This confirms backend account workspace routing / cluster mapping corruption.

Could a Replit engineer please help reset backend routing / workspace session mapping for account: hodinhkhanhbk?
