I made this website with the Replit agent mid January to create a better municipal election info site.
The biggest challenge I had was taking polygon coordinates and having them applied to an interactive map. Seems to be the case with almost every tool I have used outside of Replit. Cool thing is Replit got me further along the fastest. I discovered Steamlit and how it helps with visualizing data. Not the best for extending as a website.
Grateful for the mission having been accomplished. It got the attention of the mayor’s office and those involved with running elections in the county. (I now see why some gov sites have awful UX - they can’t own the design process even if they wanted to. I has to come from the outside).
