I’ve submitted a few times and haven’t gotten any feedback. How are decisions made? How do I get more consideration? My app has thousands of users and is turning into a business where I see some apps (no negative view on them) that are featured that are just widgets and websites.

I love Replit, really its my main source of coding these days, coming from a over 40 year old Coding Background in lots of Languages.
our production is ready and we made it v2 thankfully so once we are registered once YC confirms our cohort than we would like to show case our app that replit stackblizt can run a environment inside a environment over multiple orchestration and agentic use in real life scenarios ! google 350k credits gonna help us to for next 6 months runway , replit do you back pre rev startups with solid dev and academic excellence ? we are seeking 500k as a seed from a single guy for a single cap table entry and for exists we have reverse merger planned with multiple acquisitions over period and consolidating this into 1 and merge with a dormant shell like replit or cursor

I’ve been working on a problem I kept seeing across teams:
1:1 meetings are mostly unstructured and go nowhere.
Managers either:

talk about tasks only

forget everything after
So I built a tool focused on one thing only:
helping managers run better 1:1s (this week, not “in theory”)
What it does:

Structured 1:1 flow (prep → discussion → actions)

Tracks requests, goals, and engagement signals

Generates simple, actionable coaching prompts (not generic advice)

Keeps a history so nothing gets lost between meetings

What I learned building this:

Managers don’t want dashboards → they want “what should I do next?”

Too much AI = zero trust

Simplicity beats feature depth every time
Still early, but starting to test with real teams.
