My deployment logs stopped logging on 2025-06-17 16:23:58.89. At least I can’t see anything past the last entry. I have a serious error, but I’m unable to see the debugging information to identify what is causing the error. Please help. My main application is on my website is down.
Same here. My deployment logs stopped updating over the past day or so. Tried shutting down and creating a new deployment, but that didn’t help. I can see the new versions are being deployed, but no log messages showing in the console.
Is there any other way to get the logs from the deployment server?
Open Developer Tools (F12) in the Preview to inspect network requests or JavaScript errors. See if something funny is going on there.
Also, are you seeing console activity when running in dev env?
It’s a 500 error when my site makes a call to the app. The 1st call returns perfectly, but the 2nd followup call is coming back as a 500 error. I made a change to the code, and then realized the logs weren’t updating so I could see what is causing the error on the server side.
What are the details of the error?

I’m still getting the error. No logs. I received an answer from support says fix but I checked and it still doesn’t display logs on deployment.
