Hi everyone,
I’ve been unable to publish new updates to my Repl “Digitalegeletterdheidcoach” for over 5 days now. The publishing spinner keeps running indefinitely with no output.
Timeline:
-
Jan 31: Last successful deployment (Deployment ID: 19c9d1c5-f45c-4281, Build ID: 4f0d646f)
-
Feb 1: New publish attempts fail silently - no build logs, no errors, just an infinite spinner
-
Feb 3: Support (Quinn) confirmed this is a platform-level issue and escalated to the team
-
Feb 6: Still no fix, no further response from support in 3 days
What I’ve verified:
-
Build succeeds locally (npm run build completes in ~14 seconds)
-
Health check returns 200 OK
-
Server runs without errors on port 5000
-
Deployment config is correct (autoscale target, proper run/build commands)
-
Project optimized from 1.2GB to ~650MB
-
PostgreSQL session store configured (replaced MemoryStore)
-
Fixed error handler that was causing server crashes
What I need:
The deployment queue appears stuck at the platform level. I need someone from the Replit team to reset the stuck deployment state for my Repl so I can publish again.
This is an educational app used by Dutch elementary school teachers and students. They haven’t received updates in 5 days.
Any help or visibility from the Replit team would be greatly appreciated.
Repl name: Digitalegeletterdheidcoach
Last successful deployment: January 31, 2026, 20:09:41 UTC
They are going to have an exodus of clients if they cant improve support
Any progress on this yet?
Ive been trying to resolve my DNS issue for 5 days now
No, It’s been 11 days now!!! This is what support said:
“Upon checking your app using the join link provided, please note that the app has been deployed successfully, but the UI is stuck in the deployment cycle.
Hence, please try republishing again to see if the issue persists, or if republishing the app solves the issue.”
But the changes have NOT been deployed successfully. The live site at tintara.nl still shows the version from 11 days ago. None of my updates from the past 11 days are visible.
This is causing real financial harm. The donation payment link (Tikkie) on the live site has expired. I updated it in the code days ago, but because the deployment is stuck, the old expired link is still showing. I depend on these donations to keep this project running, and right now no payments are coming in because the link doesn’t work anymore.
The publishing UI is completely stuck. The publish button shows an infinite spinner. It is not clickable - I cannot cancel it, restart it, or interact with it in any way.
What I’ve already tried:
-
Hard-refreshing the page (Ctrl+Shift+R) multiple times
-
Restarting the app 3+ times
-
Opening the Repl in an incognito/private window
-
Opening the Repl in a different browser
-
Waiting - I have now been waiting for a full week (since Friday January 31st)
Nothing works. The spinner persists across browsers and sessions. This confirms the stuck state is on Replit’s servers, not in my browser.
To be clear about the current situation:
-
The live site still shows the old version from January 31st
-
The payment link on the live site is expired - donations cannot come in
-
The publishing UI is stuck on an infinite spinner
-
No new deployment has gone through since January 31st at 20:09 UTC
-
I have been waiting for 11 days
Timeline:
-
Jan 31 (Fri): Last successful deployment at 20:09:41 UTC
-
Feb 1 (Sat): Publishing stops working, infinite spinner begins
-
Feb 2 (Sun): Still stuck
-
Feb 3 (Mon): Quinn confirmed platform-level issue, escalated to team
-
Feb 4 (Tue): No response
-
Feb 5 (Wed): No response despite multiple follow-up emails
-
Feb 6 (Thu): You suggested I republish - but I cannot
-
Feb 7 (Fri, today): Still stuck. Day 7. No changes deployed. Payment link broken.
What I need from Replit:
-
Reset the stuck deployment queue for Repl “Digitalegeletterdheidcoach” on Replit’s servers
-
Reset the publishing UI state so the spinner stops and I can click Publish again
-
Confirm to me when this is done so I can republish immediately

This is a server-side issue that only the Replit team can resolve. I have done everything I can on my end. My users - Dutch elementary school teachers and their students - are depending on this app, and I am losing donations every day this remains broken.
Have you shut down/deleted the deployment entirely and re-deployed?
I’m in the same boat..no response from support and I’m stuck with the old version. If you were able to resolve then can you help.
