Anyone ever experienced the following issue (I am asking here, as I have not heard back from Replit customer support for several days now): I created a search tool for vintage soccer jerseys (findyourjersey.org) with an underlying database and an option for users to create their own account and login to create wishlists and alerts. Users often (not always) get the error message “deployment could not be reached” or “internal server error”, when accessing the website. The issue is even more pronounced (i.e. occurs more often) when trying to login to their accounts, i.e. on the /api/login extension. It is quite material as all of it is in the production environemnt, losing all credibility with the users…Any leads welcome, thanks a lot!
Hey! This is Kathy from Replit Support! Can you send me a Chat request with your email or ticket # so I can see what’s going on here? Thank you!
This kind of error usually means Replit’s server for your site is sometimes crashing or not starting correctly, which is why it happens more on login.
You should open the deployment logs and try logging in yourself to see what error shows up there at the same time.
If you can share a screenshot of that error from the logs, people can give you more exact help.
Thanks a lot @dontech09. The issue is that the logs do not show error messages pertinent to the website deployment not being reached.
