Moving app issue for billing purposes

We had someone start an app in their personal, then create a workspace and invited/added me. They made me an owner, but I cannot update the billing since he started the workspace not me - even though I have the highest access. So I created a new workspace so I could control billing, but now it will not let him transfer his app back out of the workspace and/or into a new one. Please advise. I’ve written support twice with 0 response.

I highly recommend messaging @ReplitSupport on X. I think they are more responsive on X.

Support’s been slow lately. X (@ReplitSupport) is your best bet like Mike said. You can also try the in-app chat if you haven’t already. Workspace billing is tied to whoever created it, so transferring ownership fully usually requires support to intervene.
