I’m managing and setting up projects for clients, and want to use their card for the agent usage. But at the moment, workspace billing is set exclusively for the workspace owner’s account, in a shared manner.
So my only solution to achieve this is currently to set up a new workspace with a new email address, sign up for Replit Core on all new accounts, and invite myself to the workspace to minimize friction. This feels extremely backwards to the point where I’m questioning what the point of having separate workspaces is?
I spent $1500 in agent usage in February on my Replit core account alone, and I want to keep my expenses tidy and sensible. But adding a new Replit core plan for each project I manage that may want to be kept separate is just far from ideal. Any ideas on fixes here? Or any plans for improvement in this area? Why not just allow a separate card/payment method for each workspace managed by a workspace admin, with the default being their default card?
