Invoices in Orb Portal Incorrectly Showing $0 for Core Plan

I’m looking for some assistance with accessing my past invoices for my Core plan subscription.

The Issue is that When I log into the Orb billing portal (https://portal.withorb.com/view) through my Replit account, all of my past invoices are listed with a balance of $0. However, I have been successfully paying the $25/month fee since December 2024.

To note, My billing is handled through Google Pay via the Replit mobile app. The Google account I use for the payments is different from the email address associated with my Replit account. I suspect this might be causing the discrepancy.

And I need to get access to the correct invoices that reflect the $25 monthly payments.

Has anyone else experienced this? Is there a way to link my Google Pay receipts to my Replit account in the Orb portal, or does this require intervention from the Replit team?

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated,

(My experience with replit has been very frustrating especially with the lack of support,
even on billing issues, and being a paying customer this is not acceptable)
