Deployments stuck in “Provisioning” for 6 days — no support response yet

Hi Replit team and community,

I’ve been trying to launch my FastAPI app on Replit Deployments for the past 6 days, but every attempt gets stuck at the Provisioning stage. I’ve reached out to support multiple times and haven’t received a response yet, so I’m posting here in hopes of getting some eyes on this.

What I’m seeing

  • Deployments consistently hang on “Provisioning” and never pass the health check.

  • No actionable errors are surfaced in the dashboard, just repeated provisioning attempts until timeout.

Support experience

  • I’ve submitted multiple support requests over the last 6 days, but haven’t heard back yet.
I understand teams get busy, but I’m concerned that response times might be slipping. Is Replit growing faster than support capacity right now? If there’s a better escalation path, I’m happy to follow it.

I’m asking for A Replit engineer or community expert to confirm whether this looks like a platform-side issue vs. something I’m missing in config.

I like building on Replit and want to keep my app here. I just need a bit of help unblocking this deployment and some clarity on support responsiveness.

Thanks in advance for any guidance

Did you run the security check?

This is happening to me as well. The only solution support gave me was to shut it down (basically deleting the deployment) and create it again, but that’s very inconvenient because it breaks the domain sync and I have to add everything again. Isn’t there any other solution?

this is happening to me too. tried everything the agent suggested including deleting the deployment and deploying fresh. re-publishing just hangs at the provision step and theres no logs whatsoever.

support is non responsive.

I have the same issue when I try and Republish. My app has been published for about 2weeks now and I have republished 11times with fixes after getting feedback from user testing. Now suddenly getting stuck in this Provisioning stage.

I have added $100 credit to make sure its not a credit issue but its still failing with credit showing.

I ran a security scan and received 3 potential vulnerabilities and pressed Fix with Agent, and all 3 were a false positive and the agent determined No code changes are needed. However after I try & Republish it gets stuck in Provisioning again.

When I run a security scan again, these same 3 potential vulnerabilities pop up, could this be the issue?

It would be good if the logs were visible. Then we’d see where it was getting tripped up

Did you ever get a fix? I’m having the same issue.

I have exactly the same issue. When deleting the deployment, I guess all the database content will get lost, and that will be some additional work for me extract that first : (

This is so disappointing. I just joined replit yesterday, and sad to see this issue occurring for so many people. :frowning:

My deployment included database changes, one new table and removal of one table. I did this manually, and then the Publishing went smoothly.

I have exactly the same issue. ;/ when I will modify anything in database

any solutions? support is unfortunately terrible, no help and I cannot afford to shut down my app and publish again

The fix was to remove the production database, and re-deploy.

I have same issue. disconnecting domain and removing database was suggested by support. I have done both but it did not solve problems. that was 4 days ago. still no reply

It has now been six days since Republish stopped working for me, and despite contacting support I have only been told that resolving the issue “will take time.” For a tool I rely on for serious, production use, this length of downtime without a clear timeline or workaround is a no‑go. Have yu had similar issues. Are you hosting with replit or do you use other provider?
