Live App Deployment Down for Weeks, Re-dplying Keeps Failing - Help

I have a live app which I must have spent a few weeks and about $1K to get going, yet one day the deployment just failed, and no matter how many changes agent or assistant make based on the logs every deployment keeps failing.

I contacted support multiple times and they keep coming back telling me to ask the agent. Here is the most recent reply

" The deployment errors appear to be application-specific and not related to the platform itself.
Please try redeploying your application. If the issue persists, I recommend using the Replit Assistant to help debug further."

I don’t get it since this is all within the replit environment, and I am paying all this money to replit, yet when their system cannot deploy it there is no support?

how can I expect to have paying user for my app if at any time it can go down and there is no one to help?

please help me replit get my app back live

What happens when running as preview? Are the logs giving any errors (post them if so)? What kind of stack are your building with?

You gotta give more info, man. How can we help if all you do is yell about it, without context or error messages?

Did you ever get this fixed? I’m having the same issue.

Toggle into plan mode and ask it to look at the console logs and summarize what is failing. Should cost a few pennies :+1:

Yes, it was a very simple (and stupid) fix - instead of choosing the lowest tier reserved VM, I chose a higher tier, and it went through no problem

What bothered me most was that Replit itself didn’t suggest it, nor did the AI Agent recognize that it was the issue. I’m still not sure whether it was just because the app was too large for the lowest-tier reserved VM or something else.

Either way, I must say Replit has advanced significantly since then. And I am very happy with the current performance of Agent.

I hope this helps you

There’s no logs to view

Thanks but that didn’t work for me.

Ugh. This sucks

I have the same issue. Contacted support multiple times. Zero response, apart from an automated we’ll sort this out within 24-48 hours message.

Publishing fails here every time. Have implemented the known fixes, including increasing the hosting machine capability. The build is 2GB, so not sure if replit just can’t cope. Very dissapointed having spent significant $$$ getting this far.
