I am unable to purchase credit pack and get this error message: “Payment method has incomplete billing address. Please update your payment method with city, postal code, and country.” although I’ve entered all those information associated with my credit card.
Me too, I’ve texted the support but they have not yet got back to me, same issue,
Payment method has incomplete billing address. Please update your payment method with city, postal code, and country.
I’ve done everything I could, and added all information I could, but still the same issue.
