Starter plan says “publish 1 app” but publish page says “upgrade your plan to publish”

Hi, I’m on the Starter plan, and the Starter plan says I can publish 1 app.

But when I try to publish my app, Replit shows “Upgrade your plan to publish.”

My Published apps page is empty, so I currently have 0 published apps. This should be my first published app.

I also checked:

  • Apps page: I have one app/project

  • Published apps page: empty

  • Plan page: Starter / Free, and it says “Publish 1 app”

Is this a bug or is there another requirement I’m missing?
