Agent 4 no longer consistently prompts me to change from plan to build when it’s ready.
This bug is amplified by another bug where tasks get stalled and there appears to be no mechanism for the parent agent to track and maintain the status of the subordinate agents fulfilling these tasks. In many cases I cannot close out tasks myself and the agent has to do it for me.
