I’m reaching out on behalf of my client regarding a very urgent and distressing issue. A few hours ago, my client’s Replit acc@ordora-dev002unt (@ordora-dev002) appears to have been suddenly banned. When attempting to log in, the message shown is:
“You have been banned from Replit. Please check your email for details.”
Unfortunately, this action has caused immediate and serious consequences. My client’s hosted and published application has gone down, and all of its members/users have lost access. This has completely halted ongoing work and disrupted active users who depend on the app.
This situation is extremely critical. My client relies heavily on Replit for their work, and this unexpected ban has brought everything to a standstill. There has been no clear explanation received yet, and given the sudden nature of this issue, we strongly believe this may be a mistake or technical error.
We sincerely request you to:
- Kindly r@ordora-dev002view the account (@ordora-dev002) as soon as possible
- Investigate whether this ban was applied incorrectly
- Restore the account and associated services urgently so the application can go live again
This is not just a technical inconvenience — it’s affecting real users, ongoing work, and my client’s trust and livelihood. We would be deeply grateful for your immediate attention and swift resolution.
