The Agent not response

I’m currently using the Medium version of the app and have been very satisfied until recently. However, it appears that the Agent has stopped functioning — it no longer executes any instructions or actions, yet the time it spends “thinking” is still being charged.
Could you please look into this issue and let me know what’s going on?
Also, are there other users experiencing the same problem?

There are times when the platform experiences minor outages. You can check here to see what’s going on (Help menu from the drop down in the top left corner).
