Does anyone have any idea what the pay as you go rates are? No sign of it in the docs (Replit Docs). I read elsewhere (Replit Agents Pricing Guide: Find Your Ideal Subscription Level) that the pay as you go rate is the same as subscription, but would be good to verify it with Replit’s own documentation.
Yeah, we are all wondering this too, its random. If you want set costs I would recommend sticking to codex, or claude max subscription, replit does not have this, they are a usage based billing which gets hefty if you aren’t careful.
I asked Replit Support directly yesterday (17 April 2026) and they came back with this:
“Once your credits are used up, you continue to be charged at those same rates - you’re just paying out of pocket instead of using your included credits.”
So, great, no higher rate once your credit is used up it seems.
yeah what the “rate is” is questionable its charged $50 at a time for usage, signed up for the $50 a month plan and would blow through that every day or two, I upgraded to teams account which they changed to pro, so it went from $500 bills every two-3 weeks to $100 bill per month then $50 after you use it every other day or so. The charges are effort based so there is no real way to figure out usage except after the fact from what I saw.
