URGENT: Core Subscriber - Production Broken 2+ Weeks - Support Not Responding

My deployment at app.renttrend.coastwisemf.com has been down for over 2 weeks.

DATABASE_URL deployment secret keeps reverting to “syncing has been disabled”

causing 401 login failures in production.

I’ve sent 7 follow-up emails to support@replit.com - zero responses.

I’m a paying Core customer. This is unacceptable. How do I escalate this?
