Summary of what Agent and Assistant has done

Create a summary of the work that Agent and Assistant has done. Almost like a built in changelog. Not for every tiny change, but summarize maybe larger changes over time. Yes, Git could show some of this, but I am thinking more of a user friendly changelog. This could also be useful for more autonomous times when Agent works for hours on its own. I am sure this will be coming someday.
