I’m looking for help with an issue related to my subscription.
When I attempted to cancel my plan, I was offered a $10 discount for three months, so I chose to continue. However, sometime later, my subscription was automatically canceled, and all of my saved projects were removed.
I did not request a cancellation after accepting the discount, and the data loss was unexpected and concerning. Could someone please help clarify what happened and whether my projects can be restored?
