I’m reporting an issue that occurred yesterday morning: my application became inaccessible because the SSL certificate for the custom domain had expired. Users were seeing a browser warning saying the connection was not secure.
It appears that the certificate did not renew automatically as expected. I had to unlink and relink the domain to generate a new valid certificate and restore access.
From what I’ve seen, I’m not the only one who experienced this issue. Since this directly impacts availability and user trust, it’s quite concerning.
Could you please investigate?
