I have a production website for an event and out of nowhere, the site goes down, despite not having pushed anything new to prod and the DB being at 100% availability. The site just shows a ERR_CONNECTION_CLOSED message. I’ve submitted an urgent ticket to replit but have got the bot reply (Quinn) asking me for what i had already submitted and nothing else. I’ve sent 4 or 5 follow-up messages, all from replit saying the problem is with their load balancer. fyi - I’ve even published a /test.html page with zero DB or any other items. I’ve tried changing my production plan to a single CPU to try to force it to rewire. The domain still shows as valid etc. I’m out of options - tried everything i can think of. @replitsupport please help and respond to my tickets.
