I am currently facing a problem where my deployed application, Agent 3, has been stuck and unable to connect, causing me to be unable to link to my application instance. Do you have any good solutions to help me resolve this issue?
If possible to share additional details it may be helpful to see, however, a couple of things to consider:
- Republish to production, see if publishing again fixes
- If possible, delete deployment and start over. If there aren’t active users you might be able to do this.
