This is it, this is the time when I have to stop tinkering and start learning from real users.
The problem I am trying to solve is “Quiet Quitting” by giving managers a data driven 1:1 leadership platform called Sero, short for Serotonin.
Built with Figma MCP + Replit + Cursor and a lot of research, experience and love.
